Privacy notice

Harmony GTM Inc. operates goldenharmony.co. This notice covers this website, its illustrative demos, and the early-access waitlist. It does not describe data handling in a future customer product or in Better Than Best GTM LLC's separate consulting business.
What we collect and why
When you join the waitlist, we collect your name, email address and company, plus any role, team size and operating challenge you choose to provide. We record when you joined and the notice version shown. We use these details to manage early-access interest, understand needs, and contact you about product access, guided previews and working sessions. Joining does not enroll your prospects in outreach. Please do not submit passwords, sensitive personal information, or confidential client material.
How the site handles your request
The form saves your request in a server-side database and displays a confirmation after saving. It does not open your email app or send an automatic confirmation email. Repeated submissions using the same email do not create another waitlist entry or overwrite your earlier details. Contact us to correct them.
Hosting and access
The site uses OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure and Cloudflare Workers and D1 to process requests and store waitlist entries. Authorized Harmony administration can review entries. Hosting providers process technical request information, which can include IP addresses and browser information, to deliver, secure and operate the service. Our signup service uses a time-limited hashed network identifier for abuse controls; it does not put your IP address into your waitlist entry.
Analytics and use of information
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics on every visit for aggregate, privacy-first measurement. It helps us understand page views, visits, page paths, referring sites, general country and device information, browser and operating system, and website performance. Cloudflare Web Analytics is designed not to use cookies, local storage, or fingerprinting for this measurement.
If you choose “Allow analytics,” we use Google Analytics and Harmony’s first-party measurement repository to understand engaged time, scroll activity, navigation, demo interactions, and actions such as joining the waitlist. Google advertising signals and ad-personalization signals are disabled for this site. Harmony stores a random browser-session identifier with consented events; it does not store your IP address in those event records. We do not send waitlist form contents, names, email addresses, company names, or free-text responses to analytics. URLs recorded for analytics are limited to the page path, and campaign reporting is limited to standard UTM source, medium, and campaign values.
Analytics describes browser activity; it does not by itself tell Harmony who an anonymous visitor is. If you submit the waitlist form after allowing analytics, Harmony may connect that consented browser session to your saved request so we can understand the path that led to your request. We will only connect activity to a known person when there is a legitimate relationship—such as a form submission, authenticated workspace, or another clearly consented interaction—and subject to the notice given at that time.
Your analytics choice and random session identifier are stored in your browser. Use “Cookie choices” in the footer at any time to revisit your choice. Cloudflare’s aggregate, cookie-free measurement remains active because it is used to operate and improve the site without creating a cross-site advertising profile.
We do not sell waitlist entries or use the form to send outreach on your behalf. Guided demos use illustrative information, not live customer results.
Retention and your choices
We retain waitlist information while managing your early-access request and related discussions, unless you ask us to remove it or it is no longer needed. You can ask to access, correct or delete your entry, or stop further contact, by emailing hello@goldenharmony.co. We may need to verify that a request relates to you. Some records may need to be retained for security or legal reasons. Rights and exceptions depend on applicable law.
